We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Watercome. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@watercome.ca with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to have the products sent back to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we do not accept returns for opened or used products, and we cannot refund shipping costs.
